How do I start?

To begin your athlete's fitness journey, simply contact me via email or the contact form on this website. I'll send you a link to an Athlete Intake form to learn more about your athlete.

What is the duration of a typical session?

Sessions are structured, supportive, and individualized. Activities may include strength exercises, balance work, movement games, coordination drills, and skill-building tasks based on the athlete’s goals. Depending on the students age and needs, sessions last from 30-60 minutes.

Where does the training happen?

Currently all training takes place in or nearby the athlete's home. I have all the equipment needed. I'm currently looking for an indoor gym facility to meet your athlete's future training needs.

What does a workout look like?

A typical workout consists of foundational movements like crawling, squats, carrying, pushing and pulling exercises that translate to daily living movements like sitting, lifting, walking stairs, etc.

Do you work with nonverbal or low-support individuals?

Yes. I adapt communication, structure, and activities to meet each person where they are. Our goal is to create a safe, accessible, and empowering fitness experience for all ability levels.

Do parents/caregivers need to stay during sessions?

This depends on the individual’s needs, comfort, and age. We’ll discuss what’s most supportive during the intake process.
